Terms and Services

Welcome to our sports league! By registering for and participating in our league, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in sports involves inherent risks of injury. Players acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their participation in our league.

2. Medical Insurance Requirement: Our league does not provide medical insurance coverage for players. All players are required to have their own valid medical insurance coverage to participate. By signing up, you confirm that you have adequate medical insurance coverage.

3. No Insurance Provided: We do not offer or provide any form of medical or accident insurance. Players are solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred due to injuries sustained while participating in league activities.

4. No Refunds: All registration fees are non-refundable. Once a player is registered, no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances.

5. Photo and Advertising Release: Our league may have photographers present at games and events. By participating, players agree that photos taken may be used for advertising and promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials.

6. Conduct and Discipline: Any player or parent who violates our rules by using offensive language or instigating violence will be removed from the premises for the day. If a head referee removes a parent from the game, the parent must wait outside the premises until the game is finished, or they may choose to take the player with them. A second violation will result in the immediate and permanent removal of the player and their parent/guardian from the league.

7. Registration Agreement: By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Services.
